The Coronavirus cases across the world continue to rise each passing day. The United Nations is on top with 2.3 Million Covid cases, and now Brazil has passed 1 million mark on Friday and stood as second worst-hit country in the world.

Brazil confirmed its first case of the novel coronavirus on 26 February and with the negligence of rulers the virus has spread relentlessly across the continent-sized country. As of now, the cases toll stands at 1.07 Million and 50,058 deaths were registered in the country.

According to many experts, the true extent of the outbreak far exceeds the official figures, as they cite a lack of widespread testing.

"The true number is probably at least 3 million and could even be as high as 10 million people," said Alexandre Naime Barbosa, a medical professor at the São Paulo State University.
