I Recognised Jana Sena As A Party!

Undavalli Arun Kumar called for an all-party meeting in Vijayawada on January 29th to discuss about the injustice being done to AP post the bifurcation. He claimed to have invited seven Political Parties including Jana Sena to prepare a common agenda to fight against the Centre.

The former MP gave a clarity on the final outcome of Fact Finding Committee constituted by Pawan Kalyan. To the question what’s been achieved with Joint Fact-Finding Committee, Undavalli replied: 'Fact-Finding Committee can't do wonders. Is Pawan a Lok Sabha MP or Rajya Sabha MP? When there was a confusion, Pawan Kalyan formed a panel with experts to offer clarity to the public through media by disclosing the facts. Ultimately, Public Representatives in AP should fight for the rights based on the report. Even Jayaprakash Narayana constituted another panel to conduct an in-depth study. There wasn't significant difference between JFFC Report and JP's Report. In that way, Pawan emerged successful. So far, Jana Sena don't have any MLAs or MPs to pursue it in either Assembly or Lok Sabha. Let's see what Pawan would do after the upcoming elections'.

When a reporter pointed out survey results weren't encouraging for Jana Sena, Undavalli told surveys keep changing and recalled Mayawati emerging victorious in 2007 proving all surveys wrong. He added, 'In AP, Both TDP and YCP want 25 MP Seats. Are there 50 MP Seats in AP for making it possible? Should I ignore other parties just because of these pre-poll calculations? I recognised Jana Sena as the party which have a solid base. That is why I had invited it for the All-Party Meeting’.

Surprisingly, YSR Congress Party turned down the invitation extended by Undavalli for the all-party meeting. In Today's press meet, He told few parties weren't able to question the injustice done to AP by Centre, apparently referring to the Main Opposition. This could be why YCP might have decided to skip the All-Party Meeting.

As YCP skipped the All-Party Meeting, TDP is mostly likely to accept the invitation extended by Undavalli. Pawan Kalyan or his party representatives will be attending the meeting. Even Congress and Left Parties won't mind attending the meeting.
