BJP National President Amit Shah has written an open letter to AP CM Chandrababu Naidu after the Dharma Porata Deeksha in Delhi on Monday.

Amit Shah described the Dharma Porata Deeksha as a desperate attempt by Chandrababu Naidu to grab headlines and mislead people as he is well aware of the declining political fortunes. He went on to say, 'AP CM kept announcing a series of sops upon losing credibility among the people. He took several u-turns sensing defeat in the 2019 Polls and launched bad propaganda against Centre and BJP Leadership to divert the people's attention from his failures. Chandrababu Naidu backstabbed allies and violated coalition dharma. Knew that he has Congress-blood in him but never expected him to go to the extent of surpassing the Congress in speaking lies as part of hate campaign against the Centre, BJP and the Prime Minister'.

BJP Chief opined Chandrababu Naidu has resorted to personally attacking Narendra Modi and didn't even bother to maintain courtesy of receiving the Prime Minister who visited AP. He claimed to be pretty sure about politically conscious people of AP teaching a befitting lesson to the TDP Supremo for joining hands with Congress which bifurcated United AP in a hasty manner ignoring the interests of Seemandhra.

Mr.Shah recalled AP Chief Minister hailing the Special Package announced by the Union Government on the floor of the Assembly and how he declared Special Category Status hasn't contributed much to the development of the states. 'TDP Government arrested many people agitating for Special Category Status. After 4 years, He took an u-turn and claiming to be fighting for it. UPA would have included Special Category Status in the AP Reorganisation Act 2014 had if it is committed to the well-being of Andhrites,' he maintained.

BJP President claimed NDA Government implemented many of the assurances given to AP in record time and given highest priority to handhold the state.
