The death of Sushant Singh Rajput has opened a new controversy in the film industry. There has been a long debate in the industry regarding nepotism. Many in the Bollywood industry are openly speaking on the nepotism mafia. Not just in Bollywood, such allegations are being heard in the South Industry as well.

Recently, Kollywood actress Vidya Pradeep has shared her experiences on Twitter. Vidya claims that she has been targeted in the industry. She entered into Kollywood as a supporting artist with the film 'Aval Peyar Thamizharasi'. After that, she played a small role in several films and got good appreciation with Saivam, directed by AL Vijay.

Having starred in the films like Pasanga 2, Maari 2, Thadam and Ponmagal Vandhal said she has faced many bitter experiences in the industry.

She said that she lost six films in a row, which she had signed, one after the other for very unprofessional reasons. She was heartbroken with this. Then she wanted to give up on movies and focused on her studies.

However, director Magizh Thirumeni restored her faith in Kollywood, by roping her in his film 'Thadam.' "Sir used to encourage me after every good shot saying that 'you are magic'. Sir knows how to bring the best out of an actor with affection and respect," Vidya said.

"You could be avoided, ignored or not even considered as an artist certain times because you don't follow the "norms," she added.
