Mahesh Babu-Murugadoss Combo should have materialized long back but it took time for things to fall in place. Finally, They have arrived with 'Spyder' which gonna set the standards high.
At the Music Launch of 'Spyder', AR Murugadoss said: 'I thought of remaking Ghajini and Thuppakki with Mahesh Babu. Finally, I got to work with him for 'Spyder'. We shot the film at night for 80 days. Mahesh's dedication for 'Spyder' is on par with that of Aamir Khan when I worked with him for 'Ghajini''.
The Filmmaker revealed Mahesh Babu asked him not to place 'Superstar' as prefix before his name in the title cards as he feels that's very small when compared to the love of the fans.
Murugadoss said he would love to remake Rajinikanth's 'Moondru Mugam' if given an opportunity. He further added, 'Background Score provided by Harris Jayaraj before Interval is mesmerizing. Audience will love those scenes. SJ Suryah as Villain did a fine job. Action Sequences composed by Peter Heins will fetch national award. He truly deserves it'.
