Akkineni Akhil To Work With A Flop Director

Young Hero Akkineni Akhil who faced two back to back disasters with 'Akhil' and 'Hello' movies recently teamed up with 'Tholi Prema' fame Venky Atluri and came up with 'Mr. Majnu'.
Touted to be a romantic entertainer, Nidhhi Agerwal played the female lead in the movie which recently got released on January 25th. Despite getting released amid high expectations, the movie has opened with a mixed response from the audience. The film is still in theatres collecting moderately well at the box office. Now, Akhil has recently lined up his next project. As per the latest reports, Akhil has signed a project with director Srinu Vaitla whose previous outing 'Amar Akbar Antony' ended up as the biggest disaster. In fact, after 'Dookudu' movie, the director hasn't scored the proper hit at the box office. But yet, Akhil is going to do a film with him.
Sources are claiming that movie is going to be a sports drama and this would be the first time for the young hero to star in such a film. We have to wait and see how far the film is going to impress the audience.
