'She' Couldn't Make It a Success!

Amala Paul created a sensation with semi-nude poster and teaser of Aadai/Aame. She took a lot of risk for the film as well.
But the actress couldn't make it a success after doing so much. Yes, she returned almost all of her remuneration, spent extra from her pocket when release of the film was in jeopardy.
She acted almost nude in a set filled with 200 crew members for 35 days. She got some bad reputation from social police but answered all of them.
Movie got mixed reviews but a favourable Word of Mouth in Tamil. Still it could not turn it all into collections.
Amala thought it will be a statement for her future and hoped that she will be making good progress with the film but it just remained a well PR'ed film that bombed at box office.
