Rashmika Mandanna made her Kannada debut in 2016 with film, Kirik Party. After that she became a big sensation in Karnataka as Sanvi.
She debuted in Telugu with Chalo and then did Geetha Govindam, Devdas. Chalo and Geetha Govindam gave her huge name as an actress.
Using both these titles, her Kannada film, Chammak is coming as Geetha ... Chalo! Yes, that is the title of the film.
Movie Chammak became a huge hit and it strengthened Rashmika's hold on the market of Kannada Cinema.
Seems like the dubbing market is still following some good old rules of using big popular titles of an actress or an actor who finds some success in Telugu when their films other languages release.
