Who Is Behind ANR, Dasari & Harikrishna Statues?

Three Status of prominent film personalities (ANR, Dasari & Harikrishna) have been set up on the Visakha Beach Road overnight without seeking prior consent from the officials. None other than AP HRD Minister Ganta Srinivas Rao inaugurated them on Friday. This development stirred a huge controversy & even posed a threat to Zone-2 Officials.
For setting up any statue, Consent of GVMC Special Officer Praveen Kumar (District Collector) and GVMC Commissioner Harinarayanan is mandatory. In this case, None of the two higher officials had any information whatsoever about these three statues.
GVMC Commissioner Harinarayanan breathed fire on the Zone-2 Commissioner & Officials for negligence shown by them. In the WhatsApp Group of Town Planning, He ordered ACPs not to attend their duties until he offers his consent. The 3 Statues led to a huge controversy in GVMC.
Minister Ganta Srinivas Rao should take the responsibility for what has happened. Or else, GVMC Officials might end up paying a huge price.
