Recently she acted in Tamil movie 'Aram' in the lead role. The movie was dubbed into Telugu with the title 'Karthavyam'. She received huge appreciation for her performance as the collector in the lady oriented film. She received best actress award in Star Vijay Awards recently for 'Aram'. Nayan's boyfriend and director Vignesh Shivn got excited with her award and tweeted "Proud of you #Nayanthara! Keep flying!
