Balancing Act: KTR Then, Harish Now!

No one else better than KCR knows how to deal with Individuals, Issues and Political Parties. He is the only Chief Minister in the country to maintain good relations with PM Modi and MIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi during the same period. Who would have expected that to happen?
Will it be any difficult for someone like KCR to deal with KTR & Harish Rao who are the front-runners to be his political successor? KCR assigned the task of organizing Pragathi Nivedana Sabha at Kongara Kalan to KTR. It must be said that TRS Leadership isn't completely satisfied with either the turnout or arrangements.
For the Public Meeting in Husnabad on September 7th, KCR preferred Harish Rao who never failed in meeting his expectations for organizing it. This meeting is certainly not going to be as huge as that of Pragathi Nivedana Sabha but still it gonna make the Irrigation Minister feel happy about the faith shown in him.
