US Offers 15000 Additional Work Visas

US Government announced 15,000 additional work visas will be given to foreign workers this year. This unexpected development came as a huge surprise because Donald Trump imposed restrictions on immigration and H-1B Visas since he became the President.
Already, 66,000 Work Visas were allocated. Which means, Count of work visas goes up to 81,000 for the Financial Year 2018-19. These additional work visas will be kept available for American Firms which are facing the risk of failing. Shortage of work force in Industrial and Corporate Sector could be the reason behind this move.
Employers and Job Seekers could file for H-2B Visas using Form I-129. A Supplemental Attestation on Form ETA 9142-B-CAA-2 is required.
H-2B Visa Holder's Spouse and Unmarried Kids up to the age of 21 can apply for H-4 visa.
