H-1B Lottery: Top Priority To US Degree Holders!

The Final H-1B Cap Registration Rule has been issued on January 30th by the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
According to the rule, High Priority will be offered to the H-1B Applicants with a US Master's or High Degree while conducting the Regular Lottery. Those Foreigners who doesn't have an advances US Degree will find it difficult to obtain H-1B Visa.
Generally, About 65,000 H-1B Visas were issued per year. Another 20,000 Visas will be allotted for those aspirants having advanced degree such as Masters from US Colleges. As per the new rule, The Masters Cap Lottery is going to conducted first. Those who couldn't obtain Visa in this category will be placed in the Regular Lottery for offering them a second change. This change in the order leads to increase of Advanced-Degree Workers in the United States. That's like achieving a key goal of Trump's 'Buy American, Hire American'.
