The latest to face the people's ire is otherwise popular and largely affable Etela Rajender. Four key councilors of the TRS in Huzurabad town have resigned from the TRS. They made sensational allegations against the TRS at a press conference organized later. The councilors - chinta Srinivas, Chetti Srinivas, B Suresh and P Rajita - said that the TRS was losing the support of the people because of its tyrannical ways and anti-people approach. They said there is no respect for those who have been with the TRS through the thick and thin. Only turncoats and defectors are getting the opportunity, they argued . They also said many TRS leaders were leaving the party.

Meanwhile, the people of Sadar Shah village have stopped TRS MLA candidate in Thungaturthi constituency - Gadari Kishore. There was tension between the TRS workers and the locals. A tense situation prevailed in the area as both the groups had verbal clashes. Finally, the MLA had to return from the village without campaigning.
