TRS Clean Sweep: No Seat Won by All-Opposition Alliance

Ruling TRS Party has registered another massive victory after GHMC elections. Continuing its winning streak, TRS bagged all the 20 wards in Achampet municipality in Mahabubnagar district. The election was held on March 6 and counting of votes was conducted on Wednesday. The voting trend was very clear and not a single seat was won by the alliance of opposition parties.
By winning all the seats, it became clear that TRS will elect one of its elected ward members as the municipal chairman. Elections for the Warangal and Khammam municipal corporations and the Achampet municipality was held on March 6, 2016, and the results will be declared today. The leaders and cadre of the TRS are confident that the pink Party will repeat the show in Warangal and Khammam elections too.
