India Records Biggest Single-Day Jump With 12,881 Fresh Cases

The Covid positive cases across the world continue to rise each passing day. In the last 24 hours, more than one lakh cases have been recorded in the world countries and the cases toll reached 83,99,486 and the death toll crossed 4,51,275 in number. As of now, the active cases across the world are 35,38,464 and 44,15,785 people have overcome the virus.
Accordingly, the Covid is slowly gaining again in the United States. More than 26,000 new cases were recorded on Wednesday. With this, the total number of Covid cases reached 22.34 lakh in the US. As per the reports, 809 Covid patients died on Wednesday taking the death toll to 119941.
Overall, covid positive cases are again rising in Brazil, Russia, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Britain and Turkey. Apparently, the second wave of Covid started in China as 40 new cases reported yesterday.
Coming to India, the positive cases are drastically increasing on each passing day. The number of virus cases in the country reached 3,66,946 on Thursday after the country recorded 12,881 fresh cases in the last 24 hours.
As per the Union health ministry update, 334 deaths have been recorded and overall fatalities to be 12,237. There are 1,60,384 active cases and 1,94,324 cured or discharged.
