Arnab Goswami Lands In A New Problem

The Managing Director and Editor-in-Chief of the Republic TV Arnab Goswami landed in yet another problem with the Maharashtra Assembly moving a privilege motion against him.
The privilege motion was moved by Shiv Sena lawmaker Pratap Sarnaik against Arnab. The MLA made allegations of making remarks on CM Uddhav Thackeray and NCP chief Sharad Pawar.
The lawmaker found fault with Arnab Goswami for defaming the image of Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, Sharad Pawar, and other public representatives. He demanded the house to take strict action against him.
Maharashtra Cabinet Minister appealed to the house to accept the motion put forth by Pratap Sarnaik and slammed the BJP benches for opposing the bill.
"When someone makes statements against Prime Minister, you get angry. Then why don't you oppose the targets made by these people against the Chief Minister,"? Parab asked the BJP benches.
Speaking in the house, Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh told a fresh investigation will be probed into the much talked about suicide case of interior designer Anvay Naik.
