Union Minister Piyush Goyal heaped praises on AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu. 'Chandrababu Naidu is super active. Except Him, None of the Chief Ministers of Southern States show interest in meeting Me. Naidu is already to hold task to receive as much benefit as possible from the Centre. Within an year, AP became a state with excess power,' he told.
Piyush Goyal revealed that AP CM Chandrababu and Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje contacted him the very next day after Union Government announced new power policy. 'I haven't seen a Chief Minister like Chandrababu Naidu so far. He doesn't relax until the mission taken up by him gets accomplished,' opined the Minister.
The Power Minister declares Centre is working with the aim of 24*7 power supply throughout the country by 2019. Attempts were made to link South India and North India with a single grid.
