Be prepared for War with Pak & China: Army Chief

Army Chief General Bipin Rawat told India should be prepared for fighting wars against Pakistan on the West and China on the North.
At an event organized by Centre for Land Warfare Studies, Mr.Rawat opined India will have to be wary of China occupying the territory gradually and this will lead to a conflicts. 'There is need to remain prepared for war. Army must be given more priority to effectively handle threats from other Nations,' he says.
Bipin Rawat made it clear even the conflict with Pakistan isn't going to end peacefully. He feels conflicts like Doklam standoff need to resolved in a quick manner.
The Army Chief made these comments days after the Doklam standoff between India and China ended.
