Promotions of 'Sarileru Neekevvaru' has been done in an innovative manner involving Character Artist Subbaraju (Crime Branch Koti) and Comedian Vennela Kishore (his Assistant Kishore). In the first video released in October last week, Director Anil Ravipudi was found warning Subbaraju and Vennela Kishore who were leaking the screenplay of the biggie.
