Paisa Vasool Overseas Poora Dull

Nandamuri Balakrishna's latest film 'Paisa Vasool' released on Friday. Balayya is entertaining the mass audience with his powerful dialogues. As Puri Jagannadh has shown Balayya in a new avatar, the audience in the B, C centers are thoroughly enjoying his Theda character. Nandamuri fans are thrilled with Balayya's 'Ek peg laa' song.
All these things are fine but 'Paisa Vasool' overseas performance is highly disappointing. Balayya's last film 'Gautami Putra Satakarni' has collected $1.6 million in the overseas. Based on the performance of Balayya's last film, overseas distributors invested $1.8 million. If they had to recover the investment they should have huge openings. But the ground situation is totally different. 'Paisa Vasool' has collected only Rs.1.3 lakh dollars on Thursday and Friday. Collections said to have dropped on the Friday as per the buzz. If the same situation continues, the movie will become a disaster in overseas.
It is interesting to note that 'Arjun Reddy' collections are more than 'Paisa Vasool' even after the first week. We all know that overseas audience prefer content based films rather than format films. But Puri Jagannadh came up with a standard template film which couldn't impress the overseas audience.
