Why Jagan went to Lucknow with Bharati?

AP CM Jagan who usually has a hectic schedule has taken some free time and went to Lucknow on a special flight along with his wife Bharati Reddy which is quite unusual. Generally, in very rare instances, the couple attends any events.
Going into detail, Jagan and Bharati went to attend the marriage of Rishiraj Singh that happened at the Taj Mahal hotel in Lucknow. Rishiraj Singh is the co-founder of the I-Pac company which deals with the political campaigning ion various states.
Prashant Kishor played a crucial role in the victory of YSRCP in the 2019 general elections and unlike the JD(U) party Jagan is still in touch with Kishor and showing his gratitude for his great piece of work in election campaigning.
According to some media reports, Jagan and Prashant Kishor had discussed many issues in both state and central level reportedly.
