Actual Reason Behind Frequent Adjournments

Lok Sabha has been adjourned repeatedly since the second half of the Budget Session began. Opposition Parties kept criticizing that Narendra Modi fears No Confidence Motion and that is why AIADMK MPs kept disrupting the proceedings demanding Cauvery Management Board establishment. Whereas, BJP Leaders continued to question why would they fear the motion when they have absolute majority.
13 Opposition Parties appealed to Lok Sabha speaker Sumitra Mahajan and Rajya Sabha Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu to ensure debate happens on No Trust Motion. They sought debate on AP Special Status, Cauvery Board and Banking Scams. MPs complained many issues related to national importance haven't come up for discussion in Parliament only because of BJP's stand.
BJP could claim victory if voting happens on No Confidence Motion. But still, It isn't ready for a debate. Why because, Focus of the nation will be on the debate over banking scams if the House is in order. Narendra Modi doesn't want that to happen at the time when the anti-incumbency is increasing.
