Chandramukhi For Rajini, Spyder For Mahesh

SJ Suryah who directed Mahesh Babu in 'Nani' a decade ago is playing the antagonist role in his upcoming film 'Spyder'. It is an interesting journey for SJ Suryah with Mahesh Babu. As Mahesh is doing a Tamil film for the first time in his career, SJ Suryah tried to promote him strongly.
While speaking in the 'Spyder' audio launch he promised that Tamil audience will accept him as one of them. He compared Mahesh Babu with Superstar Rajinikanth saying that "Rajinikanth is not a Tamilian but Tamil audience accepted him as one of them and made him a Superstar. Similarly, our audience will accept this Superstar as well'. He said that a star's value lies in his humility and good qualities and Mahesh has all those qualities..that's the reason why he became a Superstar.
He said that "Mahesh is good at heart.. he has great qualities like commitment.. discipline. Mahesh is a Chennai boy and Tamil audience will surely accept him. 'Spyder' has strong content.. cinematographer Santosh Sivan has shown Mahesh Babu like a Hollywood star." He said that several big stars India are ready to work with Murugadoss. When Muruga approached him for a role, he accepted it without a second thought. He opined that 'Spyder' for Mahesh Babu will be like 'Chandramukhi' for Rajinikanth.
