Dreadful Situation Of Indian Students In The US

With the sudden outbreak, the United States of America is struggling greatly more than any nation. As per reports, nearly 6.5 lakh are infected and 23,649 have died of the virus.
In the view of the COVID-19, all the universities and colleges across the country have been shut down completely. It is learned that the international students have asked to leave the hostels.
With this, the Indian students over 2.5 lakhs are said to be in trouble. They have reportedly approached the Indian Embassy in the US as they have no other option before them. The embassy is also finding difficulty in assisting the students as they are high in number.
The students have appealed the embassy to send them back to India, but the embassy is dodging to make travel arrangements for them. Indian embassy is discussing with the local authorities to arrange accommodation for them.
