Aamir Khan, who rose to unprecedented heights with his films like 3 Idiots, PK and Dangal scoring blockbuster after blockbuster. His fan following in India is solid but in China too it is increasing with each release. At 7th Beijing International Film Festival Dangal got a screening and the movie created a sensation. It became the first Indian film to get a slot and it also became the first movie to have a full theatre. The movie enjoyed unprecedented craze and Aamir Khan couldn't even get tickets for people he knew.
The movie even enjoyed a standing ovation after the screening. For the screening China's popular actors like Liu Yifei and Wu Gang attended. They interacted with Aamir and the director, Nitesh Tiwari as well. Both the actor and director were thrilled for such a response and are positive that the movie will be a grand hit in China as well.
Shuaijiao Baba Let's Wrestle, Father is the title of the movie in China and it is expected to break the previous records of Indian films in China. Also, Aamir interacted with Rob Cohen who made XXX, Fast and Furious films earlier. Aamir and director will go to Shanghai and Chengdu cities for promotions of the movie, releasing on 7th May.
