Star Hero's 75-Minutes-Long Meeting with CM

The meeting between Tamil Nadu CM Edappadi Palanisamy and Tamil Star Hero Vijay on Sunday became a hot topic. Even Director Atlee and Makkal Iyakkam chief Bussy Anand had accompanied the Actor during this visit to CM's Greenways Road residence.
If the reports are true, There is no political agenda behind this particular meeting. The meeting is regarding the new ticket pricing and slab system introduced by the AIADMK Government.
Recently, Tamil Nadu Government approved the reduction of Entertainment Tax from 10 percent 8 percent. In addition, Permission was granted to hike the ticket prices for Theatres located in Tier-2 & Tier-3 Areas. 'Adhirindi' Team thanked CM Palanisamy for passing this GO in the best interest of Kollywood. Even the meeting would obtain the clearance from AWBI which earlier refused to offer NOV citing scenes picturized on animals in the movie.
'Adhirindi' stars Vijay, Kajal, Samantha and Nithya Menon in lead roles. It is scheduled to release in Telugu and Tamil simultaneously in this week. Atlee of 'Raja Rani' & 'Police' fame directed this massive project.
