Duvvada Jaganandam - a 'Flop' in US!

Mass Entertainers are solid money spinners in domestic markets for any South Indian Film but they don't turn out to be the same in Overseas. Still distributors buy them for record prices and they end up being losses for them.

Duvvada Jagannadam is a mas entertainer and the movie is collecting good numbers in Telugu States, the Eid holiday period and also it being a biggie after Baahubali is also helping the movie besides star power of Allu Arjun.

The movie till now collected 850k dollars in US market and it could easily cross One Million mark but the movie needs to gross more than Two Million dollars to end up a profitable film as the distributors spent more than 9 crores for the rights of the movie.

Well, Bunny do have a market in Overseas due to his Race Gurram, Julayi, S/O Satyamurthy but mass entertainers like Sarrainodu have been disasters for him and Duvvada Jaganandam could be another one to the list. The movie needs to pick up big time in the second weekend but that appears to be highly unlikely at this point of time.
