Megastar's Liver damaged by 75 Percent!

In a shocking revelation, Bollywood Megastar Amitabh Bachchan told he was an sufferer of Hepatitis B and 75 percent of his liver got damaged due to late diagnosis of the disease. He disclosed this fact during a Hepatitis B media awareness campaign.
Amitabh recalled the injury he sustained during the shooting of 'Coolie' and around 200 people donating blood for meeting his medical requirement. The disease got transmitted to him as one of the donors was suffering from Hepatitis B then. The actor came to know only 1/4th of his liver was functioning by the time the disease was diagnosed.
Big B, however, feels happy to receive the best treatment to get cured before it was too late. At the same time, He is aware of the fact that many people in the country who don't have resources for even to get diagnosed and wishes to do his bit to spread awareness.
