None of the New Releases managed to capitalize on the Independence Day weekend in the Overseas market. The collective gross of three films hasn't even touched $1 million mark in the first weekend.

Nene Raju Nene Mantri: Out of all the three releases, This Political Drama managed to get better Opening. A gross of $454K in 3 days (Thu 140k, Fri 122k, Sat 136k, Sun 55k) is impressive considering the market of Rana Daggubati, track record of Teja & the genre.

LIE: It's one film every Trade Analyst expected to do well in Overseas particularly because of the genre. Sadly, This Nithin-starrer could only earn a gross of $220K (Thur 55k, Fri 54k, Sat 60k, Sun 30k) in the weekend. While Nithin's previous flick raked in $2.49 million and stood as one of the highest grossing Telugu Films in US, 'LIE' had a terrible run due to the divide talk.

Jaya Janaki Nayaka: Boyapati Seenu never enjoyed a solid market in Overseas though his movies have done pretty well in the domestic circuit. The performance of his new product is below par (Thur 9k, Fri 19k, Sat 31k, Sun 16k) to say the least.

On the other hand, 'Fidaa' continued to make it's presence felt in the 4th Week. It added 30k to it's total revenue in this weekend. This Love Story emerged as 7th Highest Grossing Telugu Film in USA.

Whereas, Nakshatram, Darshakudu and Vaisakham could manage only $8,034, $8,478 and $287 respectively in their full run.
