Baahubali 2 has become the biggest hit in Indian Cinema with collections more than 1700 crores just from the initial release. The movie secured a huge place in the hearts of the Cinema lovers as well.
The movie celebrated 50 days in more than 1050 theatres and this is an unique record in todays times where a film crossing the third week barrier has become the toughest part. Now, we got to know an interesting news about the infant Mahendra Baahubali, who is saved by Sivagami in the very first scene of the franchise.
Well, the kid used is real and her name is Akshitha Valasalan. Yes, Mahendra Baahubali is played by an infant female kid in the first part. As the scenes of huge waterfall are shot in Kerala, Valasalan an art assistant let his daughter Akshitha be used for the shoot and contributed to the most iconic scene of the movies.
Another interesting fact is as it is hard to find a one day old baby, baby Akshitha who participated in the shoot was 18 months old during the time of shooting.
Now, the makers are planning to release Baahubali 2 in China by August. The report is that more than 4,000 theatres have been booked for the movie across the country and this will be publicised in a huge manner as well. Post that, the movie will also release in Korea, Japan and Taiwan too. Well, as Dangal is closing on 2000 crores can this movie too breach the mark with the help of these markets?
