There are numerous instances where star heroes do lose their patience and slip out of control. We do remember the scene when Nagarjuna slapped a fan at Tirupathi airport for obstructing his way.

Here comes the turn of Nandamuri Balakrishna now as he slaps a fan's hand today. When he's leaving the premiere show today at Hyderabad, actually Balayya got mobbed by fans and one of them actually tried to click a selfie with him. Irritated Balayya has hit his hand, which made the phone get tossed into air.

Probably the fan would have got shocked with this reaction, maybe after enjoying Gautamiputra Satakarni premiere.
