Megastar Chiranjeevi always says that fans are his heart and their happiness is the fuel that makes him work hard everytime. He also says awards are like boosters of the confidence while fans give rewards like collections.
He has a name that he accepts awards no matter whomever it is as he doesn't want to disappoint them.
But when he said he would have rejected Santhosham award had it not been given by Singer Janaki, many were surprised.
The actor said, "I know Suresh from years and I came to this function when he promised he will not give me any award.
Today, I would have rejected this award had it not been given by S.Janaki garu, my favorite singer. I was able to give her Lifetime Achievement Award and that is a big accomplishment of my life."
Observers are saying that Chiranjeevi might have thought Khaidi No.150 is not his best so he wanted to reject. Some others are saying that the awards have lost their popularity, hence, he would have thought to gain some popularity he is getting an award, hence, he decided to do so.
Anyways, Chiranjeevi's attitude seems to have changed these days, as he is being very honest in revealing about what he feels and seems like he is owning the elderly position in the Industry.
