Angamaly Diaries changed Malayalam Cinema outlook at youngsters Cinema and made the Industry to welcome very raw, realistic film into mainstream as well.
The crass language and rawness kept the movie proceedings interesting and characters grounded, native. Youngsters connected to it and even adults did not mind it too much.

Now, its remake Falaknuma Das in Telugu is trying to do the same and youth is attracted to the rawness. Trailer is trending and even social media petitions are going up against censorship of language.
Vishwak Sen, the lead actor and director of the film, wanted to keep it as "real" as possible and the trailer screams over the top, with rawness.
We have to wait and see, if people are going to like the film as it is presented or will they feel no necessity for such ultra raw material in TFI?! Movie did attract attention now, it has to just deliver on promise like Arjun Reddy.
