Shahrukh Khan and Alia Bhatt starrer 'Dear Zindagi' joined the Rs 100 crore club at Box Office if combined the domestic and overseas revenue. This Gauri Shinde directorial has pretty low buzz prior to release but its Star Cast pulled off a miracle after the currency ban. 'Dear Zindagi' is the first Indian film to gross Rs 100 crore post the launch of Demonetization.

Dear Zindagi 9 Days Collections (India alone): Rs 52 crore (Fri 8.75 cr, Sat 11.25 cr, Sun 12.50 cr, Mon 4.25 cr, Tue 4 cr, Wed 3.25 cr, Thu 3 cr, Fri 2.25 cr, Sat 3 cr)

On the other hand, Vidya Balan and Arjun Rampaul starrer 'Kahaani 2' had a decent start at the Box Office. It collected Rs 4.25 crore from 1,235 screens on Day 1 in the domestic circuit. The revenues have to pick up on Saturday and Sunday to make it a safe venture.

For now, It looks like 'Dear Zindagi' will continue to earn decent shares till the end of 3rd Weekend.
