From Rajput Queen to Queen of Mafia!

Deepika Padukone is one of the biggest actress in Indian Cinema, right now. Kareena Kapoor is no longer the most sought after actress, even though her popularity hasn't come down.

Katrina Kaif is rapidly growing out of competition and Priyanka Chopra is settling in Hollywood. So, reining Queen of Bollywood at this point of time is Deepika Padukone.

Even Kangana Ranaut is trying to catch up with her. Deepika with Padmaavat secured her place at the top like no one. Her Regal looks and elegant performance as Rani Padmavathi, made her a crowd favourite.

She is now coming with another interesting drama where she will be the Queen. She will be playing as Sapna Didi, who terrorised Mumbai as Mafia leader.

We know that Shraddha Kapoor tried her best as Haseena but that movie was panned by critics and audiences.

Now, Vishal Bharadwaj who is known for coming up with out of box ideas, decided to make this movie, adapting the book, Queen of Mafia.

Deepika revealed that she liked the script moment she heard it and us waiting to start the shoot. Vishal will start the shoot soon in March it seems.
