Producer Dil Raju maintains good relations with several politicians in Telangana. He, however, didn't aspire to be an MLA or MP so far.
If the buzz is true, Dil Raju is likely to contest 2019 General Election on TRS Ticket. Apparently, Telangana CM KCR appreciated Dil Raju for making 26 feature films which include 'Fidaa' so far. He even offered Lok Sabha ticket to the Ace Producer in the next elections.
Chances of Dil Raju contesting from Nizamabad or Zahirabad Lok Sabha Segment look bright in case if he responds positively to the proposal. KCR's Daughter Kavitha is currently serving as Nizamabad MP. So, Dil Raju could contest from here only if Kavitha is willing to change her constituency.
Dil Raju earned a good image by doing few welfare & development programmes in his native village. Even the kind of films he made in the past 15 years have made him a household name. So, He could be a winning horse for sure.
