Prime Minister Narendra Modi invited Bollywood Celebrities to his residence in New Delhi to discuss how Gandhi's ideologies can be spread across the World through films while celebrating Mahatma's 150th Birth Anniversary. Although PMO dubbed it as an interactive session with Indian Film Fraternity, It was only the Bollywood which got this special treatment.
Of course, The presence of Dil Raju at the PM's meeting with Bollywood Celebs raised many doubts. People wondered when did this Tollywood Producer became a Hindi Film Personality. A conclusion was drawn that PMO recognised Dil Raju as a Bollywood Producer because he is currently planning Hindi remakes of 'F2' and 'Jersey'.
South Indians couldn't digest the fact that PM Narendra Modi couldn't find the time to invite any of the Superstars down South to have a meaningful discussion. Is it just because legends like Chiranjeevi, Kamal Haasan, Rajinikanth, Mohan Lal and Mammootty aren't inclined towards BJP? Indian Cinema doesn't mean Bollywood alone. Better if our Leaders accept this reality and offer respect just alike they treat B-Town Celebs.
