First Rank Raju is based on the negative impact on children if parents prepare them like Rank Machines. A Person who focusses only on ranks won't know anything other than subjects and willn't be able to reciprocate to the human emotions. While the First Half of the trailer presents the protagonist as a rank machine, Second Half is about the transformation he underwent upon realising ranks aren't everything.
Hero Chetan does a decent job. Female Lead Kashish Vohra shines, Supporting Cast Naresh, Prakash Raj, Tanikella Bharani, Vennela Kishore, Rao Ramesh and Posani play significant roles.
Director Naresh Kumar choose a concept which most people could relate to in the present times. How well he executes the concept and conveys a good message to the society matters the most.
