Why Guna felt Anushka is not suitable?

Can't you imagine any actress other than Anushka in the lead role for "Rudhramadevi"? Probably not. That's the connect people have with her after watching horror flick "Arundathi".
"Arundathi is so powerful that I felt Anushka will not suit for the role of Rudhramadevi. Because this character is altogether different than what she played in Arundathi. But as I continued to write the script, many people suggested Anushka's name and finally I also got connected to her", said Gunasekhar today.
Produced and directed by Gunasekhar, "Rudhramadevi" hits cinemas on October 9th in Telugu, while tamil version is likely to release on October 16th.
