Bollywood filmmakers are continuing the trend of biopics. The latest one is 'Haseena Parkar', the biopic of Dawood Ibrahim's sister Haseena Parkar. The filmmakers have released the trailer of this film today. The trailer with a duration of 2.08 seconds gives glimpses of Haseena's journey from a normal sister of dreaded don Dawood Ibrahim to a 'Godmother' of Mumbai underworld.
Bollywood beauty Shraddha Kapoor essayed the role of Haseena in the film. Shraddha has impressed with her performances in love stories like 'Aashiqui-2', it is first time she has played a challenging character like this. She was shown as a normal lady who faces the wrath of police when she was young because she is the sister of Dawood. She appears to have entered the crime world after husband gets killed. She has shown wonderful variations in her looks as a young Haseena as well as 'Queen of Mumbai'.

Shraddha's real brother Siddhanth Kapoor played the role of Dawood Ibrahim. Apoorva Lakhia directed this biopic. 'Haseena Parkar' is slated for release on August 18,2017.
