The movie not only got released amid high expectations, but also succeeded in opening with the positive response from the audience. In just 8 days, 'Majili' has grossed a worldwide collection of 50 crores and a worldwide share of 28.6 crores. As the movie was sold for 22 crores, the film has reached the break-even point and is inching towards a blockbuster.
Producer of the movie Sahu Garapati's debut film 'Krishnarjuna Yuddham' ended up as a dud but his second film 'Majili' has given him a memorable hit. The makers also planning to organize a grand success meet tomorrow in Hyderabad.
