How Can Payal Be Compared With Vijaya Shanti?

RX100 beauty Payal Rajput is now coming up with her new outing RDX Love. This film created a huge buzz with its bold and highly romantic teaser. The theatrical trailer of the film was launched a couple of days back and hinted that the movie is not only about intense romance and bold scenes.
RDX Love is being directed by Shankar Bhanu and produced by C. Kalyan. Speaking at the trailer launch event, C. Kalyan said that Payal is a dedicated actress and her performance in the film will be lauded by all sections of audiences. He went on to add that she has all the qualities to become the next Vijaya Shanti of Tollywood.
This comparison by Kalyan seems to have no logic. How can he compare a one film od actress with a senior heroine who has done more than 100 films? What if RDX Love flops and Payal fails to get any offers? Payal can be judged only after seeing her performances in her coming films. Hope the producer doesn't make such illogical statements in the future.
