I'm just a Benami to that Producer: Prabhudeva

Prabhudeva and Tamanna starrer 'Abhinetri' is being released in Tamil as 'Devi' and Hindi as 'Tutak Tutak Tutiya'. While Kona Venkat is the producer for Telugu version, Prabhudeva and Sonu Sood were acting as Producers for Tamil and Hindi versions respectively.
When asked about his experience as a Producer, Prabhudeva replied: 'Be it Hero, Director & Producer…I planned nothing! I used to do few special songs as Choreographer. Watching them, Pavithran offered to make me Hero and I said Yes. When I was choreographing 'Ennalaku Gurthochana Vaana…', MS Raju asked if I would direct his next project and I gave my nod. Similarly, Ganesh told Me he wants to make this movie under the banner named after Me and I gave my consent'.
Actually, Director Vijay approached Prabhudeva to be the producer of 'Abhinetri' as he had another hero in mind. After that hero backed out of the project, Vijay asked Prabhudeva if he is willing to play the lead. The Star Choreographer couldn't say no as he liked the subject very much.
