Ileana Could Have Brought Casting Couch In open

Ileana D'Cruz has opined that casting couch should end in our Film Industry and many should be exposed like Harvey Weinstein in Hollywood.
She said that heroines fear for their career and don't speak up against them. Also, said that sometimes actresses end up having no other options too.
Well, she had an opportunity to open up about Casting couch and help an actress when she was the top star in Telugu Cinema.
She was asked by one of her younger co-star to help her in this regard. The young actress asked her to give her a suggestion on whether she should go out to press as producers are asking for Commitment.
Ileana then chose to keep her silence and told the young actress to decide whether she will give a commitment or not.
The actress accepted that she did a mistake back then, as she gave more importance to her career that is on rise than helping out her co-star. But now she is hoping that someone in top league will come forward to expose the casting couch.
Well, few young heroines like Madhavi Latha, Gayatri Gupta and Sri Reddy, have been making it clear that casting couch is a prevailing thing in the Industry but may be their voice is not strong and impactful enough.
