In an interview during the recently completed India Fashion Week, Ileana stated that she's dealing with anxiety and depression over her body for several years.
Stating that sound mental health is very important, Ileana shared that when people used to pass comments on her body, including that of her wide-hip and also small-breasts, she used to feel bad many times. Later those comments have made her strong and now she doesn't cares what people talk about her physical looks.
Ileana thanked social media for that, as she shares her true-pictures on the pages, and fans will not freak out even if she appears without makeup.
