'Suriya wasn't the reason for My Walkout'

Jyothika was the first choice to play a crucial role in Tamil star Vijay's upcoming flick. Upon signing the project, She walked out in the last minute for undisclosed reasons. Fans of Vijay mistook that Suriya could be behind the whole issue.
However, Jyothika condemned these baseless speculations. 'Suriya wasn't the reason for my walkout from Vijay61. Nobody walks out of a movie in the last minute due to external pressure. I had creative differences with Director Atlee. But, The issue was settled in an amicable manner and there is no need of discussing it now. Those who use Social Media need to think before spreading such baseless rumours,' she said.
'Magalir Mattum' is the upcoming flick of Jyothika. This women-cetric flick releases on May 12th. She had already begun shooting for Director Bala's 'Naachiyaar'. GV Prakash plays the Male Lead.
