He is getting ready make a web series on Rayalaseema factionism and bloodshed. He revealed in the post that he is coming up with 'Kadapa Redla Nijalu'. He said that he made his first web series with the title 'Guns and Thighs' in the backdrop of Mumbai mafia and he is going to make his second web series titled 'Kadapa'.
One may wonder that Varma has already made 'Rakta Charitra' which was set in the backdrop of Rayalaseema factionism. Then why he is making a web series on the same backdrop? He is saying "I barely scratched the surface of the truth of the Rayala Seema’s hardcoreness due to my inconclusive knowledge at that time and also due to various restrictions and threats, but here in this web series, I decided to tell it the way it is without any fear and complete honesty."
As Varma is specially mentioning about Reddy community, some people are expressing doubts that he may be targeting YCP president and AP Opposition leader YS Jaganmohan Reddy. It is known that he belongs to the same community. One can't ignore these doubts as baseless because Varma has chosen 'Kadapa' title for the web series. We have to wait and see whether this attempt will land him into troubles or he will achieve success just like he did with 'Guns and Thighs'.
