It appears that Tollywood is showing interest in politics like never before. Mahesh - Koratala Siva film said to be a political thriller and Mahesh is rumored to be playing a chief minister role in the film and the movie is going to hit the sets soon. If Mahesh Babu is eyeing on CM chair, another Tollywood hero Nandamuri Kalyan Ram is said to be eying on MLA seat.
As per the latest buzz, Nandamuri Kalyan Ram said to have given green signal to a debut director named Upendra recently. Upendra worked as assistant under directors like Srinu Vaitla in the past. Upendra prepared an interesting story.. 'MLA' .. where the hero challenges an MP and contests as an MLA. He wins the election with funny programmes like 'liquor supply to every home'.. etc. The title MLA has another meaning.. i.e., Manchi Lakshanalunnna Abbayi.
Upendra said to have actually prepared this funny story for comedian turned hero Sunil. But has made changes to the script to suit Kalyan Ram body language. Apart from this, the movie said to have a medley in which hero imitates Telugu star heroes. Let us see how the debut director is going to impress the audience with such routine things even though the basic plot appears to be interesting.
