Tamil 'Bigg Boss' Faces Huge Criticism!

Bigg Boss has become a huge success in India with various hosts hosting the show on Colors Television. Currently, Salman Khan has hosted the show for three seasons and it is one of the highest viewed reality shows in India. But all this is due to the contestants and not just because of the hosts.
Well, the makers of Tamil 'Bigg Boss' are forced to understand this by social media netizens. Star Vijay launched the show by bringing Kamal Hasan as the host for the show and many expressed doubts if the show can click in South India. Hindi channels have an advantage that they cater to audience to all over the country and they need not worry about the viewerships as well.
There are many Hindi speaking households and the makers of the show also understood the importance of bringing famous contestants to the Bigg Boss house. But here in Tamil version, not many famous people signed up except for Namitha and in the name of activist a young girl who spoke about Jallikattu is brought into the show.
While people did not like this move, they also are not interested with Namitha's inclusion. The show on the first day itself has garnered negative feedback and even Kamal Hasan could not save the day for them. The makers are hoping for a big reversal and Telugu makers who roped in Jr. NTR are now trying hard to get a positive response and trying to rope in interesting celebrities for the show.
But the makers are finding no luck as many popular anchors have rejected their offer and the makers are wondering about the strategy to promote the show as well. They need the show to be a big hit, as Star Maa is facing a down trend in TRPs and reach too.
